Order and Subscription Confirmation:
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Currently for subscription payment, our payment partner only accepts Visa and Mastercard Debit and Credit Card. For any other payment mode, we have different pricing and payment channels (NEFT / UPI/ GPAY /QR Code ).
Order Processing (Shipment & Delivery):
All are our services as offered are generally delivered within 7 days from the date of full/part payment, whereas in case of delay of final payment beyond 3 days, you might experience a delay in our services. Bonuses ( Stationary/Marketing material ) mentioned in the respective plan will be generally delivered within a week from the date of final payment, however, you experience some delay in case there is a delay from the vendors/service provider.
Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.
Order (Data) Accuracy:
Although we take utmost care and accuracy to display the details of your businesses as per details provided by website users or business owners or from any other publically available sources, in some cases, data/information may not be displayed correctly. Please inform us immediately in case of any such discrepancies.
The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We’ve redesigned our order fulfillment center to comply with government/state-recommended social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines.
