1. Cancellation Policy
At ListMyIndia GrowthWorks Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide the best possible service. If you wish to cancel your premium listing or advertising subscription, you may do so at any time through your business dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will retain access to your premium features until the end of the paid period.
2. Refund Policy
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
- Subscription Fees: Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our services, please contact us within 7 days of your payment for a potential prorated refund.
- Advertising Credits: Unused advertising credits may be refundable upon request, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Duplicate Payments: Any duplicate payments will be refunded automatically or upon notification.
3. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
